In the first half of 2024, to develop cross-border e-commerce business, NAIEC applied for the cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export (9710) customs declaration qualification.
To successfully obtain this qualification, NAIEC has designed and established a dedicated cross-border e-commerce independent station, which connects the entire process of cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export business and its carrier from product uploading, inquiry tracking, order entry, sending online orders to customs, and single window 9710 customs declaration.
At the business promotion meeting for new cross-border e-commerce enterprises jointly held by the Investment Promotion and Commerce Bureau of Jiangbei New Area and the Jiangbei Office of Jinling Customs in April, NAIEC elaborated on its cross-border e-commerce strategy, as well as the challenges, solutions, and successful experiences encountered in the cross-border e-commerce process, based on its actual business. It also proposed strategies to better adapt to market changes and expand foreign trade business. After the meeting, our company successfully obtained the qualification registration for cross-border e-commerce direct export enterprises issued by the General Administration of Customs of China. As of the end of June, NAIEC has achieved a cumulative customs declaration income of 5.8 million yuan through the 9710-customs declaration method.
Successfully obtaining the 9710-customs declaration qualification enables NAIEC to handle export business more flexibly, accelerate customs clearance speed, provide customers with higher quality services and more competitive prices, pave the way for the development of cross-border e-commerce for the company, and lay the foundation for further expanding overseas markets and improving quality, cost reduction, and efficiency in business.
