Recently, NAIEC successfully completed the PDI inspection and after-sales training of 70 MAXUS D90 conference vehicles provided by China to the Ugandan government for business and service in Africa and returned to China.
The "77countries+China" summit held in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, on January 15th was a high-level meeting, inviting senior officials from all countries to attend. As the official vehicle for the conference, NAIEC successfully delivered 70 MAXUS D90 vehicles assisted by the Chinese government, ensuring that the vehicles were delivered on time and arrived in Uganda as scheduled.
To ensure the smooth operation of vehicles during the conference, further promote the SAIC brand, and expand business channels, at the beginning of the new year, Jin Wei, assistant general manager of NAIEC, and a group of three people embarked on a journey to the African continent.
Due to the tight schedule and heavy workload of the conference opening one week ahead of schedule, business personnel from NAIEC disregarded the fatigue of nearly 20 hours of travel and rushed to the Commercial Office and conference organizers of the Chinese Embassy in Uganda as soon as they arrived to discuss and determine the details of vehicle operation support and after-sales training during the conference.
During the training period, NAIEC communicated and coordinated with various parties' demands and some unexpected situations and provided training on the use of vehicles during the conference, as well as the maintenance and repair of vehicles during long-term use after the conference. The on-site service and business communication skills of the relevant personnel were unanimously praised by the Chinese Embassy in Ugandan, the Ugandan Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the participants and trainees. At the same time, during the conference break, company personnel also exchanged driving experiences with some attendees, collected user needs, conducted research on the Ugandan automotive market, explored distribution channels, and sought potential customers. As of now, the company is in communication with potential distributors regarding the export of MAXUS products to Uganda.
